Position Summary The role of Quality Component Process Inspector (CPI) / Inline Auditor is to evaluate completed product for conformance to work instructions, customer requirements, and industry standards. This is a second shift position. Responsibilities Evaluate conformance of components submitted for 1st Piece approval prior to releasing equipment for production. Perform inspection at the line for acceptance to product requirements Provide feedback to operators and equipment technicians on product acceptance or rejection Provide feedback to Production and Process Engineering regarding processing issues Other inspection duties as assigned Qualifications Inspection of products requires use of microscopes and measurement tools. Position requires extended periods of walking and lifting 20lbs Basic electronic component identification such as resistors, capacitors, IC's Familiar with inspection equipment such as microscopes, measurement tools Be detail oriented to ensure customer requirement have been met Ability to follow work instructions written in English Maintain proper documentation on traveler and electronic data entry Good communication skills Customer focus
