Job Description

Final Inspector - Contract to Hire A growing electronics manufacturer in Nashua, NH is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Final Inspector to safeguard product quality at the finish line. This hands-on role puts you in charge of confirming that every assembly meets exacting standards — catching defects early, verifying corrections, and helping the team deliver products customers can count on. ??????? Final Inspector:
Monday through Friday. Start times of 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM are available, with a 6:00 AM start preferred. Pay Rate of the
Final Inspector:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Responsibilities of the
Final Inspector:
Perform product inspections using magnified visual aids, CircuitCam, and other work instruction documents to confirm conformance to internal and customer technical data package requirements. Conduct First Article and Final Inspection of assigned final assembly products and other assemblies. Ensure all products meet
IPC-A-610
standards and company specifications. Identify and communicate defects to the appropriate departments in real time. Re-inspect after adjustments are made to verify corrections are effective. Support the SMT inspection department as needed. Help promote a workplace focused on continuous improvement and teamwork. Qualifications of the
Final Inspector:
Extensive knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for circuit board assembly, surface mount components, and equipment. Knowledge of inspection practices for SMT, through-hole, and mechanical assemblies. Ability to perform process control through systematic analysis of defects during production with real-time inspection.
IPC-A-610
knowledge is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3+ years of experience in SMT inspection or final inspection is preferred.
