Quality Inspector If you have at least two years of experience, then consider this Quality Inspector opening in Newport, NH! You'll join a leading manufacturer offering comprehensive benefits and a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector
  • Conduct full open-setup inspection of parts and roaming inspections of finished machined parts throughout the shop
  • Set up, calibrate, and perform R&R studies on gauges
  • Partner with various teams to address and resolve issues
  • Train machinists and quality inspectors
  • Maintain documentation
  • Perform additional tasks as required Additional Information Help for Additional Information. Qualifications of the Quality Inspector
  • 2+ years in a manufacturing quality systems role
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent field experience
  • Proficiency in GD&T, blueprint interpretation, layout inspection, and various inspection gauges methods and technologies
  • Knowledge of ISO-9001 and AS9100 quality management systems
  • Knowledge of Gage Trak functions, CMM operation, and PPAP preferred
  • Positive, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills The Quality Inspector works Monday through Friday from 2:30pm-11:00pm.
