Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Control Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures for commercialized media filtration products. Work closely with R D to develop, implement and maintain test methods for new grades of filtration media. Analyze and document non-conformance issues, identifying root causes and developing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Process Improvement:
Collaborate with production teams to monitor and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent quality and efficient operations. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to quality defects, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Support lead initiatives for continuous improvement, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all quality assurance documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards (ISO 9001:2015). Maintain traceability and documentation of inspections, tests, and quality audits. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines within the manufacturing process.Required Qualifications:
Associate degree, Certificate, or two years of college in chemistry, or equivalent wet lab experience, bachelor's degree preferred Experience preparing chemical solutions and knowledge of wet lab safety practices Experience in Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) a plusExperience:
