BAKERY/ BREAD MAKER

Position Overview:

Livoti's Old World Market is seeking a skilled and passionate Bread Maker to join our bakery team. As a family-owned, Italian-inspired market known for quality, freshness, and tradition, we are looking for someone who takes pride in crafting authentic, high-quality breads while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of artisan breads, including Italian breads, rolls, and specialty items Follow and execute traditional recipes while maintaining Livoti's high standards for quality and consistency Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking processes to ensure optimal results Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment in accordance with health regulations Ensure proper rotation, labeling, and storage of ingredients and finished products Work collaboratively with bakery and store teams to meet daily production needs Assist with product presentation and maintain a full, fresh, and visually appealing bakery display Uphold Livoti's commitment to exceptional customer service and brand standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bread making, baking, or a related culinary role preferred Knowledge of artisan bread techniques, dough handling, and baking processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset Passion for food, quality, and the Livoti's brand Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
