Quality Specialist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing quality documentation, including investigations and deviations, and assisting with customer complaints. Responsibilities Complete quality documentation including investigations and deviations. Assist with handling and resolving customer complaints. Review batch records and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. Support the validation process and ensure adherence to GMP standards. Essential Skills Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Experience in batch record review and quality assurance. Proficiency in managing investigations and deviations. 4-5+ years in a pharmaceutical quality role. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science. Experience with customer complaints and quality documentation. Work Environment Work in a professional pharmaceutical setting where adherence to GMP standards is critical. The position requires a focus on detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks related to quality assurance and documentation. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, offering opportunities for professional growth. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
