QC Technician 📍 East Hanover, NJ | Full-Time | On-Site $22-$25 DOE About the Role Our client, a growing food manufacturer specializing in chocolate snacks, is hiring a Quality Control Technician to join their production team. You'll work on the floor ensuring food safety and quality standards are met at every stage of production. What You'll Do Conduct daily food safety checks including operational checks, quality control point inspections, and verification of cleaning activities Monitor CCPs, allergen controls, foreign material controls, and product specifications Collect product and surface samples for microbiological and allergen testing Audit facility cleanliness and escalate non-compliances to the Quality Manager Reinforce GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, and sanitation standards with the production team Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory and company standards What You Need Fluent in English — reading, writing, and speaking required Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Prior experience in a food manufacturing QC environment Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and allergen control programs Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline Schedule 2-week paid training on 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM Accommodations may be available for strong 2nd shift candidates We offer Health Insurance Matching 401k Weekly Direct Deposit Sick Pay Free Wellness Programs Apply online today!
