Job Title:

Inspection Specialist Job Description The role involves managing discrepant material through the entire Material Review Board (MRB) process, including receiving, organizing, documenting, and distributing materials and inspection reports. The position requires performing mechanical inspections to ensure parts meet drawing requirements and maintain accurate logs, records, and filing systems. Additional responsibilities include scrapping non-conforming parts, generating monthly scrap reports, issuing and tracking internal corrective actions, and monitoring vendor deviation requests. The role also supports quality engineering by maintaining documentation and ensuring all MRB-related activities are properly recorded and followed up on. Responsibilities Manage discrepant material through the entire MRB process. Receive, organize, document, and distribute materials and inspection reports. Perform mechanical inspections to ensure parts meet drawing requirements. Maintain accurate logs, records, and filing systems. Scrap non-conforming parts and generate monthly scrap reports. Issue and track internal corrective actions. Monitor vendor deviation requests. Support quality engineering by maintaining documentation.
