Position Overview Insight Global is seeking an experienced and detail?oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to establish, lead, and continuously improve our clients Quality Management System (QMS). This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, process control, and customer satisfaction across all stages of production and product development. The ideal candidate will be hands?on, collaborative, and driven to build a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Quality Management System (QMS) Establish, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS). Formalize and maintain the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives in alignment with business goals. Manage and maintain specifications for raw materials, in?process products, finished goods, and packaging materials. Ensure proper calibration, verification, and frequency of all measuring and testing equipment used for quality assurance. Collaborate proactively with all departments to ensure alignment on quality requirements, standards, and initiatives. Establish inspection, labeling, and release controls to ensure only approved materials and products move through production and distribution. Reduce process variability and prevent non?conformities through proactive quality control measures. Investigate internal non?conformities, define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor progress to resolution. Establish and maintain a product recall procedure, including periodic mock recalls to evaluate effectiveness. Support product expansion and commercialization efforts by ensuring compliance with legal, quality, cost, and commercial requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality, Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or related discipline). Proven experience establishing and managing a Quality Management System. Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience working cross?functionally with production, development, and operations teams. Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
