Hours:
M-F 6a to 3:00pm (occasional weekends during production) Requirements 5+ year of QA or food manufacturing experience (dry/powders/bakery/spice) Experienced in GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities (bi lingual Spanish is a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to work on the production floor throughout the shift Highschool/GED minimum or Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology Must have car, no mass transit Responsibilities Perform routine quality checks and inspections throughout production and warehouse areas Monitor compliance with GMPs, food safety policies, and company procedures Conduct line checks, product evaluations, and in-process inspections Collect and document quality data accurately and timely Verify product labeling, packaging, coding, and specifications Monitor sanitation and housekeeping standards throughout the facility Assist with product holds, releases, and non-conformance investigations Support environmental monitoring and allergen control programs Report quality and food safety concerns to management promptly Maintain accurate quality records and documentation Assist with internal audits and audit preparation activities Participate in corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives Support employee GMP and food safety compliance efforts System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
