COPY LINK link Data Resolution Specialist (Entry-Level) Adecco Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Data Resolution Specialist in the Princeton, NJ area to join the Resolution Services team. This role supports score accuracy and data integrity by reviewing, analyzing, and resolving student records and testing issues. Key Responsibilities Review and resolve student records and test-related issues Perform manual score calculations and resolve data discrepancies Investigate missing materials and interpret incident reports or remove score holds and correct data errors Maintain test taker records and update billing accounts Follow established processes to meet quality and SLA standards Identify and report process issues; suggest improvements Respond to customer inquiries and support production workflow Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with ability to multitask Effective written and verbalmunication skills Basic Microsoft Office and PC proficiency Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines What You'll Bring Interest in data analysis and investigations Commitment to accuracy and quality control Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment This is an entry-level position with training provided. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely scoring, directly impacting student oues.

Pay Details:
