Quality Inspector We are a top-tier manufacturer in Ramsey, NJ looking for a sharp Quality Inspector. You will be the gatekeeper of product integrity, ensuring our high-performance components meet exact standards.

What You ll

Do Inspect & Test:

Conduct pressure tests and inspections on machined, fabricated, electrical, and composite parts.

Process Components:

Inspect and track specialized bladders from production through final assembly and dispatch.

Track Data:

Log inspected parts and serial numbers into our ERP system and Excel.

Collaborate:

Perform "buddy checks" across engineering/moulding and manage non-conformance reports.

Measure:

Use hand and electronic metrology equipment to verify parts.

What You Need Experience:

1+ years of professional quality inspection experience.

Skills:

Ability to read engineering drawings and use metrology tools.

Attributes:

Expert-level attention to detail and communication skills.

Physical:

Ability to stand 6-8 hours a day and lift up to 40 lbs.

Bonus:

ISO9001 knowledge or industry standards (like FIA regulations). Internal training provided for ERP and regulations.

$18.00•$25.00 / hour
