Founded in 1947, the company is a solid supplier with continuous, stable ownership. Ronpak has the most advanced production and distribution platforms in the custom printed packaging industry today. Ronpak has an exciting opening for a 1st Shift Ink Technician in our South Plainfield, NJ location. We are looking for a High Energy Self Starter, who enjoys manufacturing and learning how the process works. Essential Job Functions Makes Ink as needed. Dispense ink as per the daily schedule. Use Xrite to check color specifications Work with QC techs to make sure product quality is good. Changes out drums and totes when empty. Changes spill pads around drums Keeps Ink Department clean and organized Checks PH and viscosity as needed. Tone ink on Machines as needed Responsible for reporting issues related to Food Packaging safety or quality. Perform other duties as assigned.
