Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Beertender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while showcasing a deep knowledge of craft beers and beverages. Your enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry, combined with your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, will create memorable experiences for our patrons. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting beers and beverages that suit their preferences Serve drinks accurately using POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills Educate guests about different beer styles, brewing processes, and food pairing options Handle cash register operations, including cashiering and retail math calculations for sales transactions Support event setups such as festival or banquet functions, providing catering and serving services as needed Skills Proficiency with POS system Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable Knowledge of the food industry, brewing techniques, and food safety practices Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Previous restaurant experience with serving, catering, or food handling is preferred Must be able to lift 55 lbs Must love beer Must be able to stand for 8 hour shifts Join us as a Beertender and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
