Inspecting Products:
inspect products at various stages to identify any defects or issues that may arise.
Documenting Findings :
Quality Technicians document their findings and report them to management, suggesting possible solutions to improve the quality of the products.
Implementing Quality Control Systems :
They implement and maintain quality control systems in the facility.
Training Staff :
Quality Technicians may also be involved in training staff on quality control procedures to maintain the company's quality standards.
Safety Compliance :
Adhering to safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives as part of the responsibilities.
Regulatory Compliance :
They ensure that all processes follow local, state, and federal regulations. Other Duties as required. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in quality control with excellent attention to detail, proven supervisory skills, and the ability to work on AM shift
