Quality Control/Weld Inspector

As we continue to grow, we're seeking experienced Quality Assurance / Weld Inspectors to join our team in Bloomfield, NM.

Responsibilities:

Inspect welds, parts, and assemblies to ensure the highest quality standards Examine incoming materials and supplier parts for accuracy and defects Verify compliance with customer specifications and industry requirements Deliver clear, detailed inspection reports to drive continuous quality improvement Partner with production teams to uphold and strengthen our commitment to safety and excellence

Qualifications:

2-4 years of hands-on QA/QC inspection experience Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and flow charts Strong knowledge of inspection practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
