Monday-Friday | 6:30 PM - 3:00
AM Rate of Pay:
$17.75/hour (WDR)

White Sands Missile Range About the Role Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about maintaining high standards? We're looking for a Quality Control Technician to oversee and strengthen our Quality Control program across three vital Children and Youth Services buildings. In this role, you'll be the guardian of quality—ensuring compliance, consistency, and a 100% satisfaction rating through inspections, reporting, and continuous improvement. Your work directly supports safe, clean, and compliant environments for children, youth, and staff. ️ What You'll Do Quality Control & Compliance Conduct quality control inspections and spot checks according to the established Quality Control Plan and Performance Work Statement Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOD, Army, Federal, State, and local safety and health regulations Develop and track Quality Control metrics to measure performance Perform trend analysis and prepare corrective action summaries Prepare and submit detailed Quality Control reports Technology & Communication Use computers and required software efficiently (typing, navigation, data interpretation) Maintain clear, professional communication via phone, text, and email while on duty Professional Standards Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times Attend mandatory trainings and staff meetings Adhere to company dress code, policies, procedures, and ethical business practices Promote the mission, ethics, and goals of the organization Respect diversity and work effectively within a diverse community Qualifications Education High School Diploma (required) Licenses Valid Driver's License (required) Driving required for this position Experience Quality Control experience preferred Custodial operations experience preferred Background & Security Requirements Candidates must successfully pass applicable background and security checks, including: Office of Inspector General / CMMS Exclusions List Driving Record (MVR) Office of Personnel Management / Federal Investigative Services General Background Check Additional Requirements Must carry a work phone while on duty and respond promptly May operate a company-owned or personal vehicle on behalf of the company Company vehicles must be kept clean Must remain alert and attentive throughout scheduled shifts Why Join Us?
