Job Title:
Quality Inspector Job Description The Quality Inspector plays a key role in ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position suits a detail-oriented, hands-on professional with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a solid work ethic who enjoys working in a challenging and energetic setting. Responsibilities Conduct a variety of product inspections and quality process inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications. Document inspection results accurately by completing reports and logs, and entering data correctly into the quality database. Perform daily audits in the assigned area, verifying that tools are set to the proper torque and are correctly calibrated. Verify that Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures are followed correctly to protect sensitive equipment and components. Collaborate with team members and other departments to communicate quality issues and support corrective actions as needed. Follow verbal and written instructions to carry out inspection tasks consistently and efficiently. Maintain organized inspection records and contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes. Essential Skills At least 6 months of related experience in inspection, quality control, or a similar role. High school diploma. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and document quality issues accurately. Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records in a quality database. Ability to stand for prolonged periods during the shift. Ability to work on ladders when required for inspections or audits. Good manual dexterity to handle tools, components, and inspection equipment safely and effectively. Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. Ability to communicate clearly and follow verbal and written directions. Experience with quality inspection and quality control processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience performing product inspections in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with using calibrated tools and verifying proper torque settings. Exposure to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures and safe handling of sensitive equipment. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. Strong sense of responsibility and results-driven approach to meeting quality standards. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is based in a manufacturing facility located near the Las Vegas Speedway. The environment is fast-paced and focused on high-growth technology and data center solutions. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with both day shift and swing shift options, depending on candidate preference. Work is primarily performed on the production floor, requiring prolonged standing, use of ladders when necessary, and frequent handling of tools and components. The facility supports a casual dress environment, and employees work closely with a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining high quality standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Las Vegas, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
