Quality Supervisor Position Summary The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting inbound raw materials and outbound finished products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards. This role also performs additional inspections related to pest control findings, customer complaints, or other identified concerns. The Quality Inspector documents all inspection results in Microsoft systems, supports sanitation tasks as needed, participates in team meetings, and provides backup coverage for Quality Technician duties when required. Key Responsibilities Inspect inbound raw materials and outbound finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications and regulatory requirements Conduct additional inspections related to pest control findings, customer complaints, or other identified concerns Accurately log inspection data and findings into Microsoft systems and GFSC, maintaining complete and organized electronic records Document non-conformances and promptly communicate issues to appropriate personnel Monitor food safety and quality practices throughout the facility in accordance with company programs and applicable regulatory standards Support sanitation activities and perform cleaning verification as needed Participate in team meetings to communicate quality findings, updates, and corrective actions Provide backup coverage for Quality Technician responsibilities when required Perform additional quality and food safety tasks as assigned to support compliance programs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one year of experience in food manufacturing, quality inspection, production, or a related environment preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to accurately enter and manage electronic data Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Good written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift 50 boxes repeatedly Spanish speaking ability preferred but not required
