Job Summary:

Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests products during the manufacturing process. Inspects materials, parts, and products at different phases of the production cycle. Records observations and makes recommendations for process or production improvements. Examines products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.

Duties:

Reads and interprets job specifications and requirements to ensure alignment with company expectations. Recommends adjustment to assembly or production processes. Inspects, tests, and/or measures materials or product being produced. Responsible for accepting or rejecting finished materials. Removes all products and materials that fail to meet determined specifications. Give feedback to management to share ideas for process improvement. Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Basic reading and math skills. Must be able to follow directions. Exercises independent initiative/judgement in work methods. Ability to lead by example, gain respect from a team and communicate with clarity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to oversee a wide variety of activities at the same time.
