Quality Management Coordinator (Healthcare)
Location:
New York, NY Pay Rate- $36-$38/hr.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree duration-3+ Months (Extendable) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Management Coordinator to support quality assurance, compliance auditing, and reporting activities within the healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will analyze documentation, summarize audit findings, and prepare monthly reports for Nursing Behavioral Health, Risk Management, and Quality Management departments. Key Responsibilities Conduct and summarize monthly audit reports across various units Review and monitor: Mock Codes Nursing Assignments Hand Hygiene compliance 1:1 and Q15 observations Close and Constant Observations Full Body Restraints documentation Handcuff, Shackles, and 2-point restraint documentation Analyze documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Prepare detailed monthly quality and risk management reports Maintain audit records and support regulatory compliance initiatives Collaborate with Nursing, Behavioral Health, and Quality teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare quality management or audit experience Strong analytical, documentation review, and reporting skills Knowledge of healthcare compliance and quality standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and reporting tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills
