Conduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections on complex machined parts.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpret technical engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols, and specifications.

Utilize Precision Tools:

Use standard inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and optical comparators. CMM Operation (Plus): Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM

• programming experience is a major plus but not always required.

Documentation:

Accurately document inspection results, maintain quality logs, and generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary.
