Job Description:
Summary:
This is a full-time 1st shift opportunity working Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM , with flexibility for overtime as needed. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control, corrective actions, internal audits, and compliance with
ISO 9001
2015 and AS9100D standards. The individual will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to investigate issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous quality improvement. Job Requirements:
Manage and maintain QMS procedures, work instructions, document control, and corrective action processes. Conduct internal audits and support customer and external quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Track, analyze, and report quality metrics while assisting teams with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Job Qualifications:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with
ISO 9001
2015 and AS9100D standards. Knowledge of root cause analysis tools such as 5-Why, 8D Problem Solving, and Fishbone Diagrams , along with QMS audit experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft 365 , and experience with quality management software.
