Job Description

Job Summary The Report Reviewer Analyst supports the Quality and Special Inspections team with day-to-day operations, including equipment coordination, report management, and communication between inspectors, management, and clients. This role offers hands-on experience in quality control processes, inspection reporting systems, and operational workflows Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Effective written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly Responsibilities Assist in assigning equipment to Special Inspectors based on certifications and project requirements Review inspector certifications to help ensure proper equipment allocation Coordinate with the Director of Special Inspections to confirm equipment needs Identify and escalate issues within the GOAT operating system to the development team Track and follow up on system issues using assigned ticket IDs Support dispatch operations by managing emails related to report time changes and updates Maintain and update internal and external distribution lists Assist inspectors with report submission issues and follow up on corrections or resubmissions Route incoming report-related emails to the appropriate personnel Support timely responses to client requests for reports Provide administrative support for TR'2 documentation Assist with preparation of final inspection reports, including compiling table, organizing photos, coordinating supporting documentation, and assembling complete report packages. Assist with project close-out processes, including Versentia close-out documentation
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
