Job Summary McQuillen MFG offers high precision prototype and production machining of complex components and assemblies. We currently serve the Aerospace, Defense and Automotive Industries. Job description:
The CMM Programmer, reporting to the Quality Manager, has the responsibility of supporting the daily operational activities of the quality function.
These responsibilities include:
Creating and debugging new CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso software Interfacing with other functions to present inspection data and troubleshoot manufacturing processes Acquiring inspection data with CMMs and other measuring devices Creating deliverable documentation Supporting initiatives within the QA function as the organization changes and grows Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Integrity Meticulous attention to detail Minimum of 3 years working in an
ISO9001 / AS9100
environment Minimum 3 years Zeiss Calypso CMM programming experience Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation Advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Experience programming with limited dimension drawings Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly evolving environment Independently completes projects and manages time effectively Knowledge of quality control methods, techniques, and standards Must be able to lift 30 lbs. In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will have the following: Customer and industry specification interpretation Experience serving customers in the Aerospace Industry Formal training and/or certification in the quality discipline (CQE, etc.)
Pay:
$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
