Job Description

Quality Inspector, Landing Gear Division Are you ready to leave your job and start a career? Headquartered in Italy, MAGROUP Magnaghi Aerospace company expanded its global footprint significantly over the last decade, with operations facilities in Canada, Brazil, United States and in
UK. MAGROUP
Magnaghi Aerospace designs, develops and produces complete landing systems on a variety of aeronautical programs and manufacturers, including Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, and Leonardo. Aerospace Inspector Needed, experienced preferred (Medford, NY) Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • In-process and final dimensional inspection
  • Must be proficient with standard inspection tools i.e. Height gage, dial bores, indicators, etc.
  • Knowledge of AS9102 a plus
  • Must be proficient in blueprint reading
  • Review operator inspection reports and traveler information, stamp off / fill out
  • First Article Inspection / DELTA Compiles information and complies with AS9100, customer requirements and NADCAP The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
A minimum of 3 years experience is required for the above position, but will consider candidates with the right background in aerospace manufacturing. This is a fast-paced environment.
