Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Aerospace Quality Inspector to join our production team. You will be responsible for ensuring that every component meets the rigorous safety and quality standards required by our aerospace and defense clients. From the first cut to the final shipment, you are the gatekeeper of our quality integrity.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5+ years of quality inspection in an aerospace or precision machining environment.
Standards:
Solid understanding of AS9100 Rev D and
ISO 9001
quality management systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in manual inspection; experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operation/programming is a significant plus.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required; technical certifications (ASQ CQI) preferred.
salary:
$58,000 - $69,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Experience:
Minimum of [3-5] years of quality inspection experience specifically within the aerospace or defense industry.
Technical Savvy:
Proven experience with AS9102 reporting and a understanding of GD&T per
ASME Y14.5.
Documentation:
High level of literacy in interpreting Material Test Reports (MTRs) and Certificates of Conformance (CoCs). Attention to
Detail:
An uncompromising "eye for perfection" and the ability to work in a high-pressure, high-precision environment. CMM Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with CMM operation (PC-DMIS or Calypso) or portable arms (Faro/Hexagon) is a significant plus.
