Job Description:
Job Summary This is a 1st shift Quality Inspector opportunity working Monday-Friday with overtime availability as needed, offering $24-$28/hour plus a $2,500 signing bonus . The role is responsible for inspecting precision-machined components, performing first-piece and first-article inspections, and ensuring products meet quality standards and blueprint specifications. The position works closely with machinists and machine operators to support quality production and on-time delivery in a precision manufacturing environment. Job Requirements Perform in-process, first-piece, first-article, and random quality inspections on machined components. Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T specifications, and inspection documentation. Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, dial gauges, pin gauges, comparators, vision systems, and microscopes. Job Qualifications Minimum 2 years of inspection experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop environment. Experience inspecting CNC-machined parts and applying GD&T principles; multi-axis machining experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to accurately document inspection findings; CMM programming and PC-DMIS experience are a plus.
