We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to help ensure that incoming materials, work-in-process, and finished products meet our standards. If you enjoy solving problems, working with precision measuring tools, and being the person who catches issues before they become bigger problems, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products Perform visual inspections and dimensional checks using precision measuring tools Verify products meet specifications and quality standards Document inspection results and maintain quality records Communicate findings, recommend corrective actions, and work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns Help maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment What We're Looking For Experience using calipers and micrometers Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Ability to accurately document findings and maintain records Quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Bonus Points For Experience with Keyence measurement or inspection equipment Experience reading prints, specifications, or quality documentation Previous quality control or quality assurance experience Why Join The Outdoor Group?
