Salary:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated, hands-on team member to support our Pre-Fabrication and Operations teams in a seasonal capacity. This "jack-of-all-trades" role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, and is ready to jump in wherever needed, from preparing materials and supporting technical setup to keeping our field teams equipped for success. Key Responsibilities Assist with pre-fabrication of system components for security and low-voltage installations Prepare, stage, and organize materials for upcoming projects Support pre-programming and configuration of devices, including IP cameras and related equipment Perform basic device setup and testing prior to field deployment Handle deliveries and material transport to job sites and between locations Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment Assist with inventory management, material counts, and tracking Support field and office teams with general operational needs Take on a variety of tasks as needed to keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of tasks Comfortable working with tools, materials, and basic technical equipment Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills; willingness to learn technical systems and software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move materials as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
