Quality Control Inspector (3rd shift)
Shift:
3rd shift•(4) 10-hour shifts, 8:00 PM•6:30 AM Training on 1st
Shift:
Monday•Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30 PM Transition to 3rd Shift after training completion
Rotating Mondays and Fridays Off Pay:
$23•$26 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with electrical control panel fabrication and wiring, leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Perform quality testing on manufactured electrical control panels Complete quality checklists and maintain accurate documentation Keep testing areas organized, clean, and properly calibrated Layout and wire control panels as needed Maintain consistency and quality throughout the testing process Ensure all test documentation is organized and stored correctly Work closely with panel building technicians to identify and correct errors Prepare and maintain all QA/QC documentation for shipping Collaborate with Quality Management to meet documentation requirements Recommend and implement improvements to streamline testing procedures Communicate effectively with management regarding production and testing status Coordinate with the Project Management teams upon project completion Supervise production floor personnel while maintaining workflow efficiency and safety standards Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience building custom electrical control panels Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics in both JIC and IEC formats Strong understanding of electrical principles and testing procedures Comfortable powering on and troubleshooting control panels Experience using testing equipment such as multimeters and dielectric testers is preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Proficient with basic Microsoft Office programs High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Valid driver's license required Must maintain a drug-free workplace Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Benefits Competitive pay with performance-based incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and company holidays Career growth and professional development opportunities
