Your focus on precision ensures that every material, part, and assembly meets the standard we set—nothing less. Your impact Inspect inbound materials, components in production, and final assemblies for conformance. Use appropriate measuring devices and inspection systems to confirm specifications and tolerances. Record results with clarity and maintain organized quality documentation. Identify defects promptly; partner with operations to implement corrective and preventive actions. Contribute to developing and refining quality procedures and standards. Participate in internal audits and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Provide guidance and training to production personnel on best practices and quality expectations. What sets you up for success High school diploma or equivalent; supplemental QA coursework preferred. Experience in product inspection or comparable quality roles within manufacturing. Solid grasp of quality methodologies and control tools. Meticulous eye for detail and strong problem-solving capability. Comfort reading drawings, specifications, and related technical materials. Effective communicator—both in writing and in person. Proficient with measurement instruments and inspection software. Able to work independently while thriving in a fast-moving team environment.
