Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Project Specialist to support ingredient quality, supplier change management, and compliance activities within a regulated food and nutrition environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals with a background in Food Science, Nutrition Science, Microbiology, or a related field who are looking to grow their career in Quality Assurance. Key Responsibilities Manage supplier change notifications and track projects through completion Review and maintain quality documentation to ensure compliance and traceability Support ingredient qualification activities and supplier quality programs Conduct documentation reviews and quality audits Coordinate cross-functional assessments involving Quality, Procurement, R&D, and Operations teams Analyze quality data and prepare project status reports Identify and help resolve quality and compliance issues Support implementation of approved supplier and process changes Maintain accurate project records and documentation Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Nutrition Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Manufacturing, Nutrition, Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs, or related industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Experience in a regulated food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or medical device environment Knowledge of supplier quality management processes Understanding of ingredient qualification and compliance requirements Experience working with quality management systems (QMS) Supply chain or ingredient sourcing experience What We're Looking For ✔ Detail-oriented professionals ✔ Strong documentation and reporting skills ✔ Experience working in regulated environments ✔ Ability to collaborate with multiple departments ✔ Self-starters who can work independently ✔ Strong project coordination skills Schedule Monday•Friday 8:00 AM•4:30 PM Onsite Position Why Apply?
