QUALITY OPERATIONS AUDITOR

East Liberty, OH Pay Rate :
$21 per hour We are seeking a highly observant and mobile Quality Auditor to oversee inspection standards across four regional facilities. This role is based at Honda East Liberty, with 50% travel to three additional plants. You will serve as the primary line of defense for quality assurance, ensuring that inspectors adhere to specific application standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Auditing:
Conduct daily audits at various work locations within the plant to verify that inspectors are following established work instructions and application standards.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all personnel are utilizing the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for their specific facility and the specific zone of the plant they are working in.
Real-Time Correction:
Identify deviations in the inspection process and provide immediate course corrections and coaching to ensure 100% compliance.
Dynamic Scheduling:
Manage a flexible daily schedule, traveling between sites based on operational needs and project priorities.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of audit findings and safety compliance for each individual facility.
Required Qualifications Adaptability:
Ability to master varying PPE requirements and safety standards that change based on the specific plant and work area. Attention to

A sharp eye for identifying minute deviations in technical inspection processes.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to provide constructive, immediate feedback to inspectors on the floor.
Mobility:
Must be comfortable with a 50% travel requirement across four total locations and managing a fluid daily itinerary. Physical Requirements Ability to navigate industrial plant environments, including walking long distances and standing for extended periods during audits.
