JOB DESCRIPTION
Shift:
12-hour shifts - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm /
Shift:
12-hour shifts - 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Week 1: Mon, Thurs, Friday Week 2: Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun The soft skills the Manager is seeking include being a quick learner, a self-starter and demostrating initiative.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (R)
  • Bachelor's degree (D)
  • Experience in a physical testing lab (D)
  • Manufacturing experience (D)
  • Microsoft Office experience (R)
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Accomplished at performing and evaluating physical measurements (i.e. reading calipers)
  • Proficient in test equipment troubleshooting techniques, scientific record keeping, and routine report writing.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Able to use MS Excel spreadsheets effectively, enter data in applications, and navigate basic file management systems.
  • Detail oriented and accurate. Able to follow standard work and procedures.
  • Self-motivated; able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
JOB DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Test, evaluate, and document the quality of incoming materials, intermediate products, and the general properties of finished goods.
  • Support productivity improvement efforts by making process measurements, observations, and audits needed to support process investigations and experiments.
