PM Pay:

$17.00/hour Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspector to join a fast-paced warehouse environment in Grove City, OH. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality standards across operations by auditing processes, reviewing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly observant, organized, and interested in growing within a quality assurance career path. This position offers the opportunity to build experience in quality systems, documentation, and operational compliance. Key Responsibilities Audit work processes and procedures across multiple departments to ensure quality standards are met Review and verify corrective actions for accuracy and effectiveness Perform inventory audits and assist with parts identification Accurately document findings and maintain detailed records Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality and operational efficiency Use computer systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required At least 1 year of related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs, purchase orders, and technical materials Basic math skills including calculations, percentages, and data reporting Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Frequent use of hands for computer work and tools If you are detail-oriented and ready to grow in a quality-focused role, we encourage you to apply today.
