Quality Technician - Weekly Pay

Gojob is hiring a Product Quality Technician for a distribution warehouse located in Groveport, OH. You will be responsible for facilitating the inbound, proactive inspection of products, recording test results, segregating, and controlling the release of products.

Responsibilities:

Performs inbound product reviews, functional testing and visual inspection of new and existing products to meet quality standards. Selects samples of finished goods to proactively audit the quality of the products being received from vendors and records the results. Performs audits to follow up on customer reported issues, confirms defect, and communicates the findings Records the inspection results and prepares reports summarizing the results of inbound/in process inspections and communicates the findings Inspect, test, and verify the product meets functional and visual requirements. Verify the product content on the website is active. Check for information discrepancies on product labeling, packaging, and manuals Prioritize high priority products for inspection and release into inventory to support customer demand.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED equivalent. 2 to 5 years of experience in a Quality related role Experience in MS Office including Excel and Outlook Some familiarity and experience with computer hardware products Strong time management skills Have industry knowledge of quality processes, inspections, and test procedures.
