Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct internal audits on processes and documentation according to
ISO 9001
2015. Escalate and create corrective actions based on audit findings. Ensure uniformity in our controlled documentation and document templates. Develop and establish standard templates for quality documentation. Establish and own an organized structure and naming convention for controlled document storage. Maintain QMS documentation and keep them relevant, accurate, and up to date. Maintain the QMS SharePoint page. Work with leaders to develop standard documentation for new and updated processes. Conduct continuous improvement efforts to continually improve QMS processes ensuring usability and accuracy.

Education Requirements:
Education:
Associates or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information management, Library Science, or Engineering Preferred.
Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Document Control Experience, Familiarity with internal auditing and ISO9001: 2015 Working Conditions /
Physical Requirements:
Primary - Quality Department but frequently exposed to light manufacturing conditions and extreme temperature
Steel toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses and earplugs
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. periodically
Travel may be required up to 10% - 15% SAMOMM #LI-RP1
