Job Description

Integris Composites, Inc (Overview): Integris ensures the survivability of the people working in hostile environments worldwide, and we know and respect how very important our product performance is. This is our greatest motivation. Our global reach in support of protection requirements means that we have solutions for a wide range of platforms. Light, medium, and heavy vehicles, maritime platforms, aircraft, and personnel protection systems each present their own protection challenges and different theatres, and operational requirements mean that protection level needs vary.
JOB OBJECTIVE
Measurement/analysis of dimensional conformance and visual inspections Utilization of CMM and/or X-Ray equipment, when needed. Data collection/trending of product conformance. Analysis/reporting of non-conforming product. Provide training for other team members as secondary/back-up inspectors. Various Quality Inspection tasks as assigned by Quality Manager. Specific Tasks Completing all receiving inspection activities and managing the receiving inspection database. Completing all finished good inspections and final inspection reports. Ownership/responsible for CofC creation to release final product to customer Setup and operation of Bluelight Scanner and/or FARO Arm in support of quality initiatives Setup and operation of X-Ray machine in support of quality initiatives. Ownership of inspection records database as required

Coordination with internal key personnel to ensure cooperative but persuasive management is developed and encouraged Creation of a high-performance culture within Integris Composites, Inc. Personal characteristics Detail oriented. Calm but persuasive personality is a necessity, as this role will interact with both Internal and External customers. Pro-active personality, as this position requires interaction with many services. Driven by results and solid understanding of financial results and business objectives. High presentation skills. Perform other job duties as assigned. Follow all safety rules and guidelines:
Required Personal Protective Equipment:
Ear plugs ANSI approved safety glasses ASTM 2413-11 or
ASTM 2413-18
protective footwear.
Optional Personal Protective Equipment:
ANSI approved full face shields. 3M 6200 Half-Face Respirator. KN95 face masks. Aprons and Tyvek or
ANSI/ISEA
arm Sleeves. Noise canceling headphones. ANSI approved eye goggles. Cut resistant gloves. •Additional PPE may be required and offered.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Business Objectives and personal objectives will be set post training/induction process.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Qualifications /
Experience:
1-5 years of experience in Quality inspections or related fields. Ability to stay productive with minimal supervision. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar industry. Ability and willingness to be flexible and continuously learn new aspects of the role and business functions.
Skills & Competencies:
Run X-ray machine Review In process X-rays In process inspection General Measurement Equipment knowledge (function and calibrated) Shipping Verification Basic Print Reading Basic Microsoft Application Use-Excel-Word-PowerPoint-Outlook Filing Verify Paperwork Forklift Certified Calibration Understanding KPI Tracking GSI - Pulling plates for inspection. General Traceability General Containment Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the highest quality standards.
