ob description: We are seeking a detail-oriented 2nd SHIFT Inspector to join our visual quality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. The Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality products. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products using various quality control techniques and precision measuring instruments ( MICROSCOPE) .
- Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability. Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with vision inspection systems and precision measuring instruments ( MICROSCOPE) .
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a sitting position for a full shift.
- Experience with CMMs, Optical Comparators, and/or SmartScopes preferred.
