This role is responsible for testing raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met for both internal and external customers. Responsibilities Perform routine testing and evaluation of production and R D samples Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods for quality compliance Maintain accurate lab records, verifications, and calibrations Operate lab equipment including GC/GC-MS, Refractive Index, Specific Gravity, and other testing equipment Prepare samples and assist with data analysis Support environmental testing and hazardous waste procedures Communicate effectively with Production, Planning, Customer Service, and other departments Follow established safety, quality, and environmental protocols Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned Requirements Associate degree or equivalent laboratory/industry experience Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a science-related field Previous laboratory, quality, or manufacturing experience
