Threading Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented thread machine operator to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring quality control, and fabricating products according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of precision measuring instruments and the ability to read blueprints effectively. Duties Set up and operate thread rolling, tapping, or cutting machines according to specifications and work orders. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical instructions. Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, thread gages, and comparators. Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain correct thread pitch, depth, and surface finish. Monitor machines during operation to detect malfunctions or product defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
