This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring products meet top-quality standards before they reach customers. What You'll Do Inspect & Ensure Quality Perform product inspections and line audits to maintain high standards Verify operator inspection sheets for accuracy and completeness Conduct material audits and inspect incoming and outgoing products Use tools like calipers and height gauges to measure and evaluate parts Approve or reject products based on established quality criteria Record inspection results and maintain detailed quality logs Identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts Assist in training new team members on quality procedures Provide guidance on quality alerts, standards, and best practices Coordinate and perform product rework when needed Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality policies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard procedures What You Bring 1-3 years of quality inspection experience (preferred) High school diploma or GED Experience in machining or plastic injection molding (a plus) Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control processes Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs Ability to pass a preemployment screening
