Job Description

Job Summary- This position is located in Minster, OH! The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This role involves inspecting, testing, and documenting product quality, while identifying and reporting any defects or issues. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Perform measurements and tests using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment. Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records. Identify defects or deviations and report findings to supervisors or quality management. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain clean and organized work areas and inspection equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Knowledge of inspection tools and measurement techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
