Job Description

Quality Technician SelectTech Services Corporation United States, Ohio, Springfield 1247 West Blee Road (Show on map) Apr 20, 2026 As a Quality Technician at SelectTech Services, you'll be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will conduct inspections, perform tests, and maintain detailed records to support our quality control processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products at various stages of production. Conduct tests using a variety of equipment and tools to measure product specifications. Document and analyze inspection results, identifying any issues or defects. Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions. Perform detailed inspections of cable fabrication assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards, including verification of wire routing, crimping, soldering, labeling, and overall workmanship Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment to ensure accuracy. Prepare detailed reports on quality trends and performance.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Preferred 2 to 3 years in Manufacturing and/or Aerospace environment. Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100). Familiarity with cable assembly standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620) preferred Previous auditing experience and certifications for internal auditing is a plus Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency with basic measurement tools and equipment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
