Mon - Sat weekly rotation across the below shifts 7:00am to 3:00pm 3:00pm to 11:00pm 11:00pm to 7:00am Our client is seeking Motor Inspectors to support maintenance and reliability efforts within a highly automated manufacturing environment. This position focuses on inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing motors and related production equipment while working closely with electrical and maintenance teams. Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electric motors Assist with repairs of industrial electrical equipment Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs Troubleshoot relays, sensors, and control components Assist electrical technicians with maintenance projects Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Follow OSHA and company safety standards Support production uptime and equipment reliability Qualifications Industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience Hands on experience with motors, power systems, and related electromechanical components. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read basic technical documentation Strong safety awareness Preferred Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment Experience identifying electrical faults and carrying out effective repairs. Heavy manufacturing background Experience in steel, metals, automotive, or other industrial manufacturing environments. Benefits Production incentive program Hiring bonus.
