Quality Technician Enid, OK Starting Pay:

$24.00/hour Increase to $27.00/hour after 90 days Full-Time | Rotating Day & Night Shifts Position Overview A growing manufacturing facility in Enid is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support quality assurance and product testing operations in a heavy industrial environment. This position is responsible for performing inspections, testing materials, documenting results, and helping ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, quality control, industrial testing, or production environments who are looking for long-term career growth and excellent benefits. ✅ What We Offer Flexible Work Schedule Monday-Thursday schedule Guaranteed 40 hours weekly Standard 10-hour shifts Opportunity for overtime during busy production periods Overtime paid after 10 hours worked Rotating Shift Schedule 2 weeks on day shift 2 weeks on night shift 10% Night Shift Premium for overnight hours Excellent Benefits Package Blue Cross health insurance Simple IRA with up to 3% company match 4% vacation pay added to each paycheck 7 paid government holidays per year Safety Gear Allowance After 90 days of employment: Steel Toe Boot Allowance - $150/year Prescription Safety Glasses Allowance - $250 every 2 years Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspections on raw materials and finished products Conduct chemical and mechanical testing Assist with non-destructive testing (NDT), including: Hydrotesting Eddy Current Testing (ET) Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Maintain accurate quality documentation and product traceability Assist with setup and calibration of testing equipment Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Support continuous improvement and production quality initiatives Qualifications Preferred Education Technical training or education in: Quality Technology Mechanical Technology Materials / Metallurgical Technology Chemical Technology Related industrial field Preferred Experience Manufacturing or industrial quality experience Testing lab or inspection experience Familiarity with QA documentation and procedures Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work safely in an industrial environment Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to work rotating day/night schedules Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
