Quality Control Technician The Quality Control Technician is an inspector and responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through inspection, testing, and internal quality audits.
Quality Control Technician Responsibilities:
Maintain Quality Standards:
Conduct frequent audits and inspections of product and processes to ensure quality standards, regulatory and customer requirement compliance.
Inspection and Testing:
Conduct inspections and tests on manufactured products, materials, and equipment to verify compliance with specifications.
Drawings and Specification Review:
Read and interpret blueprints/ drawings and specifications to ensure that production process align with quality standard. Recommendations for
Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in production processes and product requirements.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control processes to assist in root cause and trends.
Requirements:
2 years related experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or testing is desired. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools, and industrial manufacturing processes Experience with supplier quality management and audit processes Structured, analytical working style with strong problem-solving skills Confident communication skills in a cross-functional, international environment Ability to pass Pre- Employment Drug screen and Physical.
