Tulsa, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Quality Review Specialist to join their team! Join a dynamic team as a Quality Review Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer service excellence. This opportunity arises as a valued team member is on leave for 7 months. You'll be responsible for reviewing and assessing the quality of customer service calls, providing valuable feedback to improve our service standards. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Review customer service calls for quality assurance. Assess and score calls to improve service quality. Provide actionable recommendations for call improvements. Collaborate with customer service reps for training purposes. Ensure adherence to company quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Strong customer service experience. Experience in call centers is ideal. Excellent communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Nice to

Call auditing skills. Industry-specific experience.
