Quality Assurance Technician Reports to:
Production Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HPLC Quality Control Technician to join our team in the Hemp CBD industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our hemp-derived CBD products through analysis and testing using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) equipment. The HPLC Quality Control Analyst will work closely with our production team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and to maintain the highest quality standards for our products.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediate, and finished products using HPLC equipment Record and report results in a timely and accurate manner Develop and validate analytical methods for CBD product analysis Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines Maintain and troubleshoot HPLC equipment and perform routine maintenance Participate in laboratory audits and inspections Assist with other laboratory tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field 2+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or cannabis analytical laboratory with HPLC experience Strong knowledge of HPLC theory and operation Experience with method development and validation Familiarity with cGMP regulations Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits packages. Compensation:
